I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this one. But the look is really nice, clean, simple, and not too flashy. I actually like the style more than I expected.

I might just be in the minority here, because it seems like plenty of people got it set up fine, but I couldn’t get it installed right. I tried following the steps and still ended up frustrated, so it wasn’t a great experience for me.

I’ve dealt with a few warranty returns before, and this one definitely felt slower than most. The reply from support took a while, and the whole return process ended up being more frustrating than I expected

I wanted to like this because the design is actually nice. When it’s turned off, it looks good in the room and doesn’t feel cheap or anything. But once I turn it on, it’s a different story. The light is weaker than I expected and it doesn’t spread very evenly, so I’m left wondering if it’s supposed to be decorative or actually useful.

I’ve also noticed it flickers here and there, which gets irritating quickly. It’s frustrating because it has the look I wanted, but the actual lighting just doesn’t match up. For the price, I expected more than something that only looks nice sitting there.

I was disappointed!!! For what I got, it just felt way too overpriced!!! I expected a lot more for the money, and it didn’t really feel worth it to me!!!

I got a light from Jordilight and first impression was good. It looks clean right out of the box, and the finish is nicer than some cheaper lights I’ve bought before. It’s working fine so far, so no real complaints there.
That said, compared to other lights around this price, it feels a little lighter and less sturdy than I expected. One edge also had a tiny mark on it, which wasn’t a huge deal but still noticeable. Overall, it looks good, just doesn’t feel quite as solid as I hoped. 3 stars from me.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to jordilight.com support. From the tone of their reply, I got the impression they were genuinely trying to help rather than just sending a copy-paste response. They got back to me quicker than I expected and fixed it without making me go through a bunch of extra messages. It wasn’t a totally perfect experience, but overall I was happy with how they handled it, and I’d order from them again...
